Big Brothers Big Sisters gives kids the opportunity to do new things that they may not otherwise have the chance to do. It’s also gives people a platform to meet new people, mentors, and friends. When Alana’s mother passed away, she was going through a tough time and it was hard for her to make friends. She is so grateful that her Big Sister Avery helped her through those times. It’s been a privilege for Avery to see her Little Sister Alana grow into a vibrant young woman.
