A new Launch Your Life Session has started this spring at Bluefield
Launch Your Life! is an exciting mentoring program for youth ages 14-18. The goal of the program is to provide youth with the skills, support and knowledge to make informed choices about their current education, post-secondary pathways, and life! We have a new session starting this spring at Bluefield High School.
Since there is a two week break between our first and second session to accommodate Canada Games, students can be signed up until early March.
Launch Your Life topics will include:
-Academic success
-Future career options
-Post-secondary preparedness
-Summer Jobs
-How to start thinking about university/college/trades
-Resume and application writing
-Interview skills
-Mental health and school
-and more!
What: Each session will be fun-filled, active, and informative.
Where: The program will take place at Bluefield High School.
When: 7 weeks this spring starting on Valentine’s Day.
Launch Your Life session dates:
- Tuesday, February 14th , from 3:30pm- 6:00pm
- Tuesday, March 7th , from 3:30- 6:00pm
- Tuesday, March 14th , from 3:30-6:00pm
- Tuesday, March 21st , from 3:30-6:00pm
- Tuesday, March 28th, from 3:30-6:00pm
- Tuesday, April 4th, from 3:30-6:00pm
- Tuesday, April 11th, from 3:30-6:00pm
